Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How to Track

1. Check your email inbox for a dispatch confirmation from us.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or use the tracking number provided on the courier’s website.

Haven’t Received a Tracking Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible your order hasn’t been dispatched yet — orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched same day.

If you’re still unable to locate your tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
