Discreet Packaging
Every single order is dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the parcel to indicate what is inside. Your order will appear on your bank or card statement as KK Wellness Ltd.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey. You can also track your order here.
