Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 have a small shipping charge applied at checkout.
Will my order be packaged discreetly?
Absolutely. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your order will appear on your bank statement as KK Wellness Ltd.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a 30-day returns policy on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used intimate products.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Products & Safety
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We only stock products made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, stainless steel, and glass. We do not stock products containing phthalates or other harmful materials.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most electronic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty — typically one to two years. Details are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later).
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your details and we’ll look into it.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.
